Let's Talk About Using VeroField Together

Welcome to VeroField. We're excited you're here and ready to use our field service management platform to make your work easier.

Think of this document as our mutual agreement on how we'll work together.

The Basics: What We're Agreeing On

When you use VeroField, we're both saying "yes" to this arrangement. If something here doesn't sit right with you, no hard feelings — but you'll need to find another solution that works better for your needs.

What You Can Do (And What's Off Limits)

We're giving you access to use VeroField for your work and projects — like borrowing our tools to get your job done.

You can:

  • Use all our features to manage your services.
  • Invite your team and collaborate.
  • Get your work done efficiently.

But please don't:

  • Copy our platform or sell it to others.
  • Peek behind the curtain by reverse-engineering our code.
  • Use VeroField for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Remove our branding or claim our work as your own.

We've put a lot of care into building this, and we hope you'll respect that.

Payments and Subscriptions

If you're using a paid plan, here's the deal:

  • You'll be billed according to the plan you select (monthly or annually).
  • Payments are handled securely through our third-party providers.
  • If you cancel, your plan will continue until the end of your billing cycle — we don't issue partial refunds.
  • We may adjust pricing from time to time, but we'll always give you advance notice.

Keeping the Lights On

We work hard to ensure VeroField runs smoothly — our goal is 99.9% uptime. But even the best tech sometimes needs a break. We may need to pause things for updates or maintenance. We'll do our best to warn you, but urgent fixes might happen without notice.

Your Data Is Precious to Us

You own your data — always. We just keep it safe and help you use it through our platform.

Here's how we protect it:

  • Strong isolation: Your data is completely separated from others.
  • Encryption everywhere: Locked down in transit and at rest.
  • Continuous monitoring: Regular security checks and updates.
  • Industry compliance: We follow the same standards trusted by professionals worldwide.

By using VeroField, you give us permission (a license) to process, store, and transmit your data only as needed to provide the Service.

What We Need From You

Partnership goes both ways! Here's what helps us help you:

  • Keep your info accurate and up to date.
  • Guard your login details like a house key.
  • Use VeroField only for lawful business purposes.
  • Tell us right away if something seems off with your account.

Third-Party Services

VeroField may integrate with tools like Supabase, Stripe, Google Maps, or others. Each of those has its own terms and privacy policies. While we choose our partners carefully, we can't control what they do — so your use of those services is at your own discretion.

Who Owns What

All the code, designs, features, and clever bits that make VeroField work? That's ours (and our partners'). You get the right to use them, but ownership stays with us.

Your business and customer data? That's yours, always.

When Things Don't Go According to Plan

We do our best to deliver a great experience, but no technology is perfect. VeroField is provided "as is" and "as available." That means:

  • We can't promise the platform will always be bug-free.
  • We aren't responsible for lost profits, lost data, or other damages that might result from using the Service.

This isn't about dodging responsibility — it's just the reality of software.

Indemnification (Covering Each Other)

If your actions using VeroField cause us legal or financial problems (for example, using the platform illegally), you agree to cover us for those costs. In turn, we'll continue to protect and serve you responsibly.

Compliance with Privacy Laws

If you or your customers are located somewhere with specific data privacy rules (like GDPR in the EU or CCPA in California), we're committed to handling data in line with those requirements. You're also responsible for making sure your use of VeroField complies with the laws where you operate.

If We Need to Part Ways

Sometimes relationships don't work out. We may suspend or close accounts if these Terms aren't followed or for other business reasons. We'll try to give notice, but in urgent cases we may need to act quickly.

The Legal Stuff

These terms follow U.S. law. If we don't enforce a specific part right away, it doesn't mean we're giving up our rights — sometimes a conversation is better than jumping into enforcement.

When These Terms Change

Technology evolves, and our Terms may need to change too. If the updates are significant, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice so you can decide if the new terms still work for you.
